We believe the whole world has come to Pullman and Washington State University.  At Emmanuel we rejoice that we have the opportunity to meet people from different cultures, languages, and belief systems.  We want to learn from others and share our lives with International students and families.

Weekly Events

Let’s Talk: Our conversational English classes meet at Emmanuel Baptist Church (1300 SE Sunnymead Way) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9AM-11AM.  We offer classes for 5 different levels of English conversation.  Free childcare is provided for pre-school children.  Transportation from the Steptoe-Kamiak area is also available for those in need.  If you would like more information please contact Colleen Harvey.

We will not meet the week of Thanksgiving, November 20-24.

Last Class of Fall Semester: Wednesday, December 13

Transportation for Let’s Talk:  Emmanuel Baptist Church van will pick up students on Mondays and Wednesdays at the following time and locations. Please see the schedule below.

Sunday Morning:  There are two Sunday morning Bible studies for Internationals at 11:15AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church.  We are presently studying the New Testament book of Luke.  Childcare is also provided during this time.  If you would like more information about this Bible study contact Bob Harvey.

Women’s Bible Study: There is a Bible study for women that meets on Thursdays at 10AM at Colleen’s home (please email Colleen for her address).  We will be studying 2 Samuel.  If you would like more information about the women’s Bible study contact Colleen Harvey.
